摘要
目的建立脑血栓片的质量标准。方法采用薄层色谱法(TLC)对该片中丹参、红花、桃仁等有效成分进行定性鉴别;采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)法测定芍药苷的含量。结果 TLC色谱中均能明显地检出丹参、红花、桃仁;芍药苷在0.108～0.648μg范围内线性关系良好(r=0.99995),平均加样回收率(n=6)为100.23%(RSD为1.08%)。结论本法简便,可靠准确,可用于该制剂的质量控制。
Objective To establish the quality standard for naoxueshuan tablets.Methods Rdadix et rhizome salviae miltiorrhiza,flos carthami,Semen persicae were identified by TLC;The content of paeoniflorin was determined by HPLC.Results Rdadix et rhizome salviae miltiorrhiza,flos carthami,Semen persicae could be detected by TLC.The linear range of paeoniflorin was 0.108～0.648 μg/ml（r=0.99995）.The average recovery（n=6） was 100.23%,RSD was 1.08%.Conclusion The method is simple,reliable,accurate,and it can be applied to the quality control of the preparetion.
