摘要
本文介绍了直接在热电偶参考端加装温度传感器进行温度跟随测量,利用微型计算机取代常规仪表实现工作端和参考端两路温度信息的实时数据采集,通过软件进行参考端温度补偿和非线性处理的智能测量方案。解决了目前热电偶测量技术在参考端温度补偿上存在的不足,为热电偶的高精度测量提供了一个简便、易行的方法。
In this paper a kind of intelligence method of the temperature measure with thermocouple is introduced.It use a temperature sensor in the thermocouple reference end for following temperature measure and replace the common meter with computer to realise data collect at both work end and reference end at any time.The reference end com- pensation and the nonlinear treat be reallzed by the computer software. It remited the shortcoming of the reference end temperature compensat- ion in technology of thermocouple measure.It is the simple and easy method for refined measure of thermocouple.
