从当前的腐败案件查处来看,网络监督凸显其独特而有效的监督功能,呈现了"蝴蝶效应"现象。但廉政监督大机制尚未建立,使得网络监督力量缺乏有序合理的调整和引导,因此,要着力于网络廉政文化和网络信息公开平台建设,建立并完善行政审批电子监察机制、网络监督和受理机制,积极发挥网络廉政监督作用。

The investigation of the cases of corruption from the current point of view,highlighting its unique network monitoring and effective oversight function,showing the ＂butterfly effect＂ phenomenon.However,the supervisory mechanism has not yet established the Independent Commission Against,making the network power of the lack of supervision and guidance order reasonable adjustment.Against the current culture to focus on the network and open platform for network information,establish and perfect the mechanism of administrative examination and approval electronic monitoring,network monitoring and receiving mechanisms,actively play a supervisory role of the network integrity.
