健康教育对提高原发性高血压患者治疗依从性的研究

The Study of Health Education to Raise Treatment Compliance in Patients with Primary Hypertension

随着我国高血压患病率的不断上升，该病现已成为我国人群致死的主要原因之一。然而我国高血压患者的治疗率很低，患者是否都能按照医生的要求，按时、按量、按次进行长期服药治疗以达到稳定血压、控制病情发展的目的？为此对来自成都市区内２００例原发性高血压病人，在高血压基本知识与服药依从性的关系上进行了研究。结果表明，通过健康教育，患者对疾病的认识有所提高，树立了正确的健康信念，对治疗的依从性也有明显增加。对门诊规范治疗高血压病。

The purpose of the study is to assess the effect of health education at raise treatment compliance in patients with primary hypertension.M ethods Two hundred cases with primary hypertension were grouped:(1)Control group ;(2)experiment group received health education.The results of the two groups wer e compared.The essential knowledge of hypertension,belief in doctors and take me dicine compliance were 87.2%,63%,40.75% at health education group.While control group were 36.3%,38% and 15.5%.There were apparent difference (P<0.0 001) between health education group and control group at the treatment complianc e.Conclusions keep to follow up,reinforce health education can raise the treatme nt compliance in patients with primary hypertension.
