汉族宰执在金末政治中起着重要的作用,金末统治者出于稳定统治的需要,对汉族宰执的任用采取了笼络和限制的双重政策,拟对金末统治者对汉族宰执的任用进行研究。

The prime ministers of Han ethnic group had played an important role in the late Jin Dynasty.For the sake of stabilization,the emperor of Jin Dynasty had adopted a dual policy toward the prime minister of Han ethnic group.This thesis will focus on the analysis of appointment process of prime minister of Han ethnic group.
