老年糖尿病患者某些认知功能的临床探讨(二)

Cognitive Function of Elderly with Diabetics-Study Ⅱ

本文对 81例 型老年糖尿病患者及其 3 0名健康老年人进行了认知功能的评定。在 81例糖尿病患者中 ,18例接受胰岛素注射治疗、3 5例口服药物治疗及 2 8例饮食控制治疗。结果 :胰岛素注射治疗组的患者在数字广度、数学符号及 Stroop测验的成绩明显低于正常对照组 ,口服药物组在 Stroop测验的成绩也明显低于正常对照 ,而饮食控制组具有良好的认知功能。研究提示 :胰岛素注射和口服药物治疗的患者存在有一定的认知功能障碍。

Objecive: to study cognitive function in elderly with diabetics Method:Eighty-one elderly patients with diabetes mellitus(type Ⅱ)who were 60 years of age or over and 30 age,education and career matched healthy elderly were evaluated the cognitive function Of the 81 elderly diabetics,18 were receiving Insulin Injection Therapy(IIT),35 receiving Oral Medication Therapy(OMT),and the remaining 28 were receiving Food Adjustment Therapy(FAT) Result:the scores of digit span test,digit symbol test and Stroop test in the elderly diabetic patients treated with IIT were significantly lower than those of healthy controls,and the score of Stroop test in the patients with OMT was relatively lower than that of healthy controls,while patients treated with FAT maintained a good cogntive function Conclusion:The study insisted that certain cognitive disturbance was found in elderly diabetic patients treated with IIT and OMT.
