摘要
以拜耳法赤泥为主要原料,利用低温熔融法研制了赤泥质微晶石,采用DSC、XRD、SEM等研究了赤泥微晶石的热学特性、相组成以及微观形貌。研究表明,赤泥微晶石的主晶相为钙铝黄长石,优化的制备条件为:核化670℃,1 h;晶化880℃,2 h。该条件下制备的微晶石具有较好的力学、耐酸碱腐蚀等物理化学性能。
Red mud glass-ceramics are prepared by low-temperature fusion way using the Bayer red mud as the main material. The thermal characteristics,crystal phases and microstructure of the glass-ceramics are tested by DSC,XRD and SEM. The results showed that the main phase of the glass-ceramics is gehlenite. The optimum condition for the preparation of Red mud glass-ceramics is nucleating at 670 ℃ for 1 hour and crystallizing at 880 ℃ for 2 hours. Such prepared red mud glass-ceramics have excellent physical-chemical properties to endure acid and alkali corrosion.
