摘要
针对桥面防水要求,提出开发新型高聚物桥面防水材料。在借鉴相关建筑防水规范的基础上,对所开发新型高聚物桥面防水材料进行基本性能试验研究。结果表明,该新型高聚物桥面防水材料10项基本性能分别符合JC/T 864—2008、JC/T 894—2001要求,其中拉伸强度、断裂延伸率、加热处理后的拉伸强度保持率和断裂延伸率4项指标非常突出。
According to the waterproofing requirement of bridge deck,a new polymer bridge deck waterproof material is developed in this paper. Based on some codes on building waterproofing, the basic performance of the new polymer bridge deck waterproof material is studied in the lab. The experiment results indicate that the ten basic performances of the polymer material can meet the requirements in JC/T 864 2008 and JC/F 894--2001,among which,its four indexes:tensile strength,breaking elongation ratio, maintenance rate of tensile strength and hreaking elongation ratio after disposed at high temperature are excellent.
