口服米索前列醇用于足月妊娠引产100例分析

An analysis of 100 cases taking oral misoprostol in induction of full-term pregnancy

目的 探讨口服米索前列醇在足月妊娠引产中的作用。方法 采用回顾性分析比较米索前列醇和催产素的临床效果。结果 米索前列醇引产成功率 98% ,其临产发动时间及总产程时间均明显短于催产素。结论口服米索前列醇引产是一种安全、简捷、有效的引产方法。

Objective To observe and study the efficacy of oral misoprostol used in induction of full term pregnancy. Method To assume retrospective analysis and comparison between the clinical efficacy of misoprostol and oxytocin used in induction of full term pregnancy. Results The successful rate of oral misoprostol used in induction of labor was 98% and both its starting period in labor and total stage of labor were obviously shorter than those of the oxytocin group used at same situations. Conclusion To orally take misoprostol is a simple, safe and effective way in induction of full term pregnancy.
