微波结合负压引流专用敷料治疗皮肤软组织缺损的临床效果研究

The Clincal Therapeutic Effect of the Microwave Combined with Vacuum Sealing Drainage on Complicted Treatment of Skin and Soft Tissue Defect

目的探讨微波结合负压引流专用敷料治疗皮肤软组织缺损的临床疗效。方法治疗组皮肤软组织缺损61例患者,采用专用敷料负压封闭引流（VSD）加微波治疗,7~10 d揭膜,行游离植皮或皮瓣修复术,57例经一次引流治愈,4例经二次更换引流治愈;对照组58例患者,采用每天常规换药-植皮-凡士林纱布加压治疗,5例边缘少许坏死,8例植皮坏死。结果治疗组治愈57例、显效4例;对照组治愈45例、显效5例、无效8例,两组治疗效果间差异有统计学意义（u=2.593,P〈0.05）。治疗组创面愈合时间较对照组明显缩短,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论微波结合负压引流专用敷料治疗皮肤软组织缺损疗效好、安全、操作简便,创面愈合快;使用VSD后应注意观察,及时采取措施,减少并发症。

Objective To investigate the vacuum sealing drainage with microwave treatment of skin and soft tissue defects of the clinical efficacy.Methods of treatment group from May 2008 to September 2009 in our hospital admitted 61 cases of skin and soft tissue defects in patients with vacuum sealing drainage treatment,7 ～ 10 days remove the special dressings,line free skin graft or skin flap surgery,postoperative Article 3d microwave treatment 2 times / d,were treated with 5～7d;57 patients were cured after the first drainage,4 patients were cured by secondary replacement of drainage;the control group over the same period the previous year,58 patients,using conventional dressing was changed-skin graft-Vaseline gauze packing pressure treatment,5 cases of necrosis of the edge a little,after dressing,skin graft survival,8 cases of skin graft necrosis,and underwent secondary skin graft repair.Results In the treatment group than in the control group cure rate,the total efficiency and wound healing time was statistically significant（P0.01）.Conclusion vacuum sealing drainage with microwave treatment of skin and soft tissue defect of good efficacy,safety,easy operation,Coagulant fast;the use of vacuum-assisted closure after operation to observe,to take timely measures to reduce concurrency disease.
