摘要
目的磁性分离酶联免疫技术(MAIA法)是酶联免疫与磁性微粒分离技术相结合的一种测定方法。通过使用SE-ROZYME-Ⅲ型磁性分离酶标仪,对1 020例患者血清进行三碘甲状腺氨酸、甲状腺素、游离三碘甲状腺氨酸、游离甲状腺素、促甲状腺激素(T3、T4、FT3、FT4、TSH)检测。方法抽取患者空腹静脉血,分离血清,应用MAIA法按说明书进行T3、T4、FT3、FT4、TSH 5项的检测。将测定结果按T3、FT3、T4、FT4升高、减低、正常分3组与TSH的变化进行比较分析。结果在升高组中,T3、FT3、T4、FT4同步升高,TSH明显减低占55.94%(184/329);T3、FT3正常,T4、FT4升高TSH减低占11.85%(39/329);T3、FT3升高,T4、FT4正常,TSH减低占4.56%(15/329)。在减低组中,T3、FT3、T4、FT4同步减低,TSH明显升高占42.67%(32/75);T3、FT3正常,T4、FT4减低,TSH明显升高占13.33%(10/75);T3、FT3减低,T4、FT4正常,TSH明显升高占10.67%(8/75)。正常组中,TSH减低的占3.25%(20/616),TSH升高的占11.04%(68/616),TSH正常的占85.71%(528/616)。结论应用MAIA法,进行T3、T4、FT3、FT4、TSH检测,对于甲状腺功能亢进和甲状腺功能低下的诊断、治疗及其他甲状腺功能异常鉴别有重要的临床意义。
[Objective]Magnetic antibody immnuno assay(MAIA) is the combination of ELISA and the magnetic particle separation technology for determination.To measure serum T3、T4、FT3、FT4、TSH levels of 1 020 patients By using SEROZYME-Ⅲ. [Methods]Fasting venous blood was collected and separated serum.T3,T4,FT3,FT4,TSH tests were performed according to the instructions with application of MAIA method.The results were divided into 3 groups according to T3,T4,FT3,FT4 increasing,reducing and normal,and comparatively analyzed with the changes of TSH. [Results]In the elevated group,T3,T4,FT3.FT4 increased simultaneously,samples with significantly reduced TSH occupied 55.94%(184/329);samples with T3,FT3 normal,T4,FT4 increased,TSH decreased occupied 11.85%(39/329);samples with T3 FT3 elevated,T4,FT4 normal,TSH decreased accounted for 4.56%(15/392).In decreased group,samples with T3,T4,FT3,FT4 simultaneously decreased,TSH increased significantly accounted for 42.67%(32/75);samples with FT3 reduced,T4,FT4 normal,TSH increased significantly accounted for 10.67%(8/75).In the normal group,TSH reduced occupied 3.25%(20/616);TSH increased accounted for 11.04%(68/616 cases);TSH normal occupied 85.71%(528/616 patients). [Conclusion]The T3,FT3,T4,FT4,TSH testing based on MAIA method has clinical significance in diagnosis and treatment of hyperthyroidism and hypothyroidism,and identification of other thyroid dysfunction.
