摘要长期服用抗凝药物可影响病人的凝血功能,使出血概率增加,这给临床治疗带来许多困难。目前随着交通事故和外伤事故的频发,同时也存在着一批长期服用抗凝药物的颅脑损伤病人,这给神经外科医师的手术治疗带来许多困惑。笔者总结本院近6年来所收治的服用抗凝药物的颅脑损伤患者30例,
