摘要
对采用埋弧自动焊焊接的16MnDR钢板对接焊接接头进行了力学性能试验、显微硬度测试以及金相组织观察。结果表明,该焊接接头的抗拉强度不低于16MnDR钢板,接头侧弯无裂纹,接头的低温冲击韧性优异,硬度在热影响区出现峰值,焊缝金相组织为带有少量粒状贝氏体的针状铁素体和先共析铁素体。
Welding method of submerged arc welding was used to the plate butt welded joint of 16MnDR,and the microstructure of the welded joint was observed,mechanical properties test and micro-hardness test were also carried out.The results of experiments shows that the tensile strength of the welded joint were not less than that of 16MnDR steel,and no crack appeared in side bend test.In addition,the low temperature impact toughness of the welded joint is excellent.Peak hardness appeared in the heat affected zone.Microstructure of the welding seam was acicular ferrite,eutectoid ferrite and a small amount of granular bainite.Welded joint with excellent properties could be obtained if the welding parameters provided in the paper be implemented.
