摘要
对某厂催化剂反应釜密封系统失效的原因进行了分析,结合釜用密封特点将机械密封改为填料密封,并对设备工艺进行了改进,解决了设备无法正常运行、配件消耗费用高和检修劳动强度大等问题。
Reactor sealing system failure of catalyst unit in a factory was analyzed.According to characteristics of seal using in reactor,the original mechanical seal was reformed to packing seal.Process equipment has been improved,too.Finally,the problem which the reactor did not run properly,the high cost of parts consumption and maintenance labor-intensive and other issues were all solved.
