摘要
目的 探讨棘波分析地形图在癫痫定位诊断中的应用价值。方法 选择癫痫患者86例,其中65例为原发性癫痫,21例为继发性癫痫进行棘波分析地形图(S-BEAM)、EEG、BEAM检查。 结果 通过S-BEAM与EEG、BEAM、脑CT对比研究表明:S-BEAM定位与脑CT一致(P<0.01),但病灶范围比脑CT大,比BEAM小。此外地形图尚能动态显示痫灶的起源、扩展、传播过程。结论棘波分析地形图(S-BEAM)不仅同屏显示棘波及病灶,并能显著提高癫痫灶定位的准确性。
Objective To study the applied value of BEAM on spike wave in focus location of epilepsy. Methods S-BEAM,EEG,BEAM and brain CT were examined at the same time. In 86 patients with epilepsy, the patients with primary epilepsy were 65 cases and the patients with secondary epilepsy were 21 cases. Results Comparative study on S-BEAM, EEG,BEAM and brain CT showed;the fo-
cus location of S-BEAM was identical with that of brain CT. The range of location of S-BEAM was larger than that of brain CT,but was smaller than that of BEAM. Conclusion S-BEAM had double functions-wave analysis and mapping analysis. Summary mapping showed the origin of epilepsy,focus,potential spread and transmission, it increased obviously the accurate rate of focus location in epilepsy.
