摘要
按一般方法设计的冷轧窄带钢压下规程,轧制能耗不一定是最小的。本文利用优化的方法得出了冷轧窄带钢轧制能耗最下的压下规程。这对节能有一定的实际意义。本文介绍了所采用的优化方法及数学模型,并对现场采用的压下规程进行了分析和比较。
The reduction rule of cold rolled narrow steel strip by usual method,It's rolled energy consumtion isn't the least usually.This paper acquired the reduction rules of the least rolled energy cons- umtion for cold rolled nerrow steel strip by the optimization method,It had read sence for the economization on energy. The optimal method and the mathematical model are give in the paper,and it compared and analgzd the reduction rules to use in the works.
