摘要
为解决特低渗透油藏注水难问题,分析特低渗透油藏注水难点及分子膜降压增注机理,进行分子膜增注技术实验和现场试验.相对渗透率、润湿性、吸附性实验和岩心流动实验表明,分子膜可改变岩石的润湿性,注水岩心经纳米分子膜溶液驱替后,渗透率增加35%~40%.现场试验结果表明,分子膜增注技术可有效降低注水压力并大幅增加注水量,能够提高特低渗透油藏注水效率,改善注水开发效果.
In order to resolve the problems in water injection in super low permeable reservoirs,and analyze difficulties in water injection in super low permeable reservoirs and depressurize stimulation mechanism of molecular film,we have performed stimulation technology experiment and field test of molecular film.The experiments on phase permeability,wettability,absorbability test and core flowing test shows that molecular film can change wettability of core.After water injection core is displaced by water injection core,permeability is increased by 35%~40%.Field test results show that the stimulation technology of molecular film can decrease effectively the pressure of water injection,greatly increase water injection rate,enhance water injection efficiency in super low permeable reservoirs and improve development effect of water injection.
