摘要
介绍了基于DSP芯片ADMC401构建的直流无刷电机的无传感器控制单元。控制系统采用检测电机绕组端电压的间接方法,在没有位置传感器的情况下,通过扩展卡尔曼滤波(EKF)有效地抑制控制过程中的噪声,利用检测的电压和电流信号,对转子位置进行估计,准确获取转子位置和速度数据,以较低成本实现直流无刷电机位置和转速的连续控制。
The sensor less brushless DC motors control unit based on DSP Chip of ADMX401 was introduced.The indirect measurement was adopted to test the end voltage of the motor windings in this control system.In the case that no sensor was equipped in the system,the extended Kalman filter was applied to control the noise in the cause effectively.The tested voltage and current signal were used to estimate the rotor position,so as that the rotor position and data of speed were acquired precisely,realizing the continuous control of the rotor position and data of speed for brushless DC motors with the lower cost.
