摘要
矿用双速水冷电机在煤矿中主要作为输送机的电机,在矿下的煤碳输送过程中,经常有煤块集中堆积的现象,这就要求电机有很大的转矩才得以保证煤块输送,双速电机的低速区间正是在这种情况下使用的。它的功率与结构应适应这种情况。另外,水冷电机比风冷有更好的冷却效果,在同等电流密度下,比风冷电机的温升低10℃~20℃。
For the double-speed water-cooled mining motor which was used as main drive of transportation under the coal mine,frequently,occurred the situation that a large quantity of coal accumulated in a short time during transportation.Thus,very large torque was demanded to the motor,ensuring the coal be transported normally.It was in this case that the double-speed motor would operate under the low speed range.Furthermore,the water-cooled motor showed better cooling ability than that of the air-cooled motor and temperature rise of the water-cooled motor was 10℃ to 20℃ lower that of the air-cooled motor.
