摘要
本文基于低分辨率位置传感器的矢量控制技术的研究,由于高精度位置传感器成本高,且性能易受外界恶劣环境影响,使其广泛应用受到限制,采用霍尔位置传感器提供的低分辨位置信号又无法满足矢量控制要求,因此,本文采用角度细分的方法来估算出高分辨位置信号。分析矢量控制原理,并建立永磁同步电机矢量控制系统的仿真模型,验证位置估算算法的有效性。
In this paper, a vector control method based on low resolution position sensor is studied, Because of the high cost of high-precision position sensor and its performance to be susceptible to change from the badly external environment, its application is widely restricted,the low resolution position sensor provided by Hall sensor can not meet the requirements of vector control, the method of angular fine division is applied to estimate high resolution position. The vector control theory is analyzed, and the simulation model of vector control system of PMSM is designed, the availability of the position estimation method is verified.
