摘要
用结扎颈总动脉合并降压法制备的脑缺血模型研究中药血塞通胶丸对脑缺血的保护作用。结果显示 ,给药后缺血大鼠的脑含水量、脑毛细胞管通透性、脑组织的缺血损伤程度均明显降低。另外 ,该药能明显提高小鼠的耐缺氧能力 。
The protective effect of Xuesaitong Capsule (XC) on cerebral ischemia were studied in rat model established by ligation of bilateral carotid arteries and lowering of blood pressure.The results showed that XC at the dose of 0.1g/kg and 0.2g/kg significantly decreased the water content,permeability of capillary and ischemic injury in brain.In addition,XC significantly increased hypoxie tolerance in mice at the dose of 0.2g/kg .The results indicate that XC exerts a protective effect on acute cerebral ischemic injury.
