Ordered Activities Depending on eID in Cyber Virtual Society

eID是政府身份管理职能部门签发的、普适性的网络身份证件。本文通过对网络身份证件的需求分析及对国外网络身份管理建设的研究,指出了当前我国网络虚拟社会身份信任体系存在的问题,提出了借鉴我国居民身份证制度管理现实社会的成功经验、依托现有身份管理的行政体系尽早发行网络身份证件;并针对我国数字认证行业发展的状况,提出了对我国网络身份建设统筹规划的建议。

The eID is the pervasive cyber identity credentials issued by the national function department of identity management. And the paper has researched the requirement analysis of the cyber identity credentials and the construction of the foreign network identity management, and points out the existing problems of the identity trust systems of our country’s network virtual society, and presents issuing cyber identity credentials referring to the successful experience of our county’s citizen identity card managing reality society and depending on current administrative systems of identity management, also provides the united planning suggestion of our country’s cyber identity construction according to the development circumstance of our nation’s digital authentication industry.
