教学反思是教师专业发展的必由之路。随着教学反思活动在教育界的普遍开展,有必要对教学反思重新认识。其目的是,通过认真领会教学反思的定义、特点及实施方法,找出教学反思过程中存在的问题,矫正教学反思的方向,探寻教学反思的有效路径,促进教学反思不断地走向成熟、走向成功。

Teaching reflection is an inevitable way for teachers＇ professional development.It is necessary to re-recognize teaching reflection with its development in education circles.Through careful understanding of the definition,characteristics and implementing methods of teaching reflection,we can figure out the existing problems on the process of teaching,correct the direction of teaching,explore effective ways of teaching reflection,therefore continually promote the teaching reflection to be mature and to succeed.
