对美国社区学院中长期发展规划的体系、结构和特点进行了分析,对中国高职院校制定"十二.五"发展规划在结构、内容及程序、特别是发展规划的宣传实施等方面提出了有用的建议。

On the basis of communication and discussion with teachers from Bunker Hill Community College,the paper analyzes the system,structure and feature of mid-long term development programs of American community college,provides some useful suggestions on structure,content and procedure,especially the deploying and implementing of development programs when ＂12.5＂development programs are made in Chinese Higher Vocational Colleges.
