摘要
目的:总结从美容整形外科角度探讨乳晕缘切口在乳房手术中运用的经验,探讨这一入路的可行性及利弊分析。方法:对216例病人经乳晕缘切口实施乳房良性肿块或病变腺体切除术。结果:经0.5～6年随访观察,乳房外观无明显瘢痕显现,乳头、乳房丰满、挺拔、感觉良好。结论:该术式适用于有较高美学要求及希望隐瞒自己乳房手术史的患者。
Objective：To summarize the experiences of areola margin incision in the breast operations from the aesthetics and plastic surgel7 point of view and to investigate the feasibility, advantages and disadvantages of the incision. Methods：Breast operations with AMI were performed on 216 patients with breast benign tumor ormastoplasia. Results：After 6 months to 2 years follow - up, all the patients were showed fine - looking breasts with no cicatrices. Their teats and breasts were all straightened up, full and round with good feelings. Conclusion：This operation method is applicable to those patients with high esthetieal wishes and hopes to obscure the facts of their breast operations.
