摘要
目的:对2006年8月～2009年11月实施手术的168例腭裂病人全部采用腭帆提肌解剖术,对其手术时间、术中出血、术后复裂等和随机抽取的168例传统手术进行了分析研究。结果:两者相比较,两种方法手术时间差异无显著性,术中出血和术后复裂两项指标研究组明显优于对照组。结论:腭裂术中采用腭帆提肌解剖术对国人是较为理想的术式选择。
Objective： We treated the 168 patients of palachisis in our hospital from 2006, August to 2009, November with dissection of the levator veil palatini. Then we compared the opration time, the intraoperative bleeding, and the secondary cleft with the other 168randomly chooseen patients, who underwent the traditional operation, we analysed and studied the comparasion resuits, and found ： the operation time of both remedies are of insignificant difference, but the indicators of the intraoperative bleeding and the secondary cleft of the first one is obviously better than the second one. Conclusion： among the remedies of palachisis, the dissection of the levator veli palatini is the most ideal one,
