摘要 目的:通过检测CD44v6和P53在肾细胞癌(RCC)中的表达,探讨它们与肾癌的发生、病理分级、临床分期的关系。方法:免疫组织化学方法检测40例RCC石蜡标本中CD44v6和P53的蛋白表达,并分组进行统计学分析。结果:CD44v6与P53在RCC中表达率与对照组相比明显升高(P<0.05),但不同病理分级、临床分期之间差异无显著性(P>0.05)。CD44v6和P53表达存在正性相关,但两者在RCC中表达率差异存在显著性,CD44v6表达率高于P53的表达率(P<0.05)。结论:CD44v6和P53高表达可能成为肾癌的恶性表型之一,但两者与病理分级、临床分期无明显相关性。 Objective: To investigate the expression of CD44v6 and P53 in renal cell carcinoma(RCC). Methods : Protein expression of CD44v6 and P53 in 40 RCC tissues wasexamined by immunohistochemical assay. Results: CD44v6 and P53 showed an overexpression ratein RCC, but there were no significant differences among different pathological grades and clinical stages. A positive correlation was detected between CD44v6 and P53, but the expression rate of CD44v6was higher than that of P53. Conclusion: Both the expression of CD44v6 and P53 were malignant phenotypes in RCC, but there are no correlation at different pathological grades and clinical stages.
