青岛市黄岛区伤害住院患者流行特征及其住院费用分析

Analysis of the Epidemiology and Direct Economic Burden of Injury Inpatients in Huangdao District, Tsingtao City

目的分析2009年青岛市黄岛区伤害住院患者的流行特征及其住院费用，了解伤害疾病负担，为制定有效的干预措施提供科学依据。方法收集全部青岛市黄岛区6家监测医院（二级以上公立医疗机构）2009年伤害住院病例资料1844倒，建立SPSS15．0数据库进行分析。结果在1844例符合要求病例中，男性占79．94％，25—44岁的占46．42％{本市／县户籍的占57．01％；发生在3-10月的占89．05％；发生在公路／街道、工业和建筑场所、家中的分别占46．58％，28．69％、13．29％；发生的主要原因是钝器伤、机动车车祸、跌倒／跌落的分别占33．89％、28．58％、23．81％；人均住院费用5299．84元，日人均住院费用353．79元。结论男性、青壮年是伤害住院的主要人群，钝器伤、机动车车祸和跌倒／跌落为主要伤害原因，公路／街道、工业和建筑场所，家中为伤害发生的主要场所。伤害对黄岛区造成的经济负担严重，应采取有效措施加以预防。

Objective To explore the epidemiological characteristics and direct economic burden of injury inpatients in Huangdao district, Tsingtao City in 2009, and to provide basis for prevention and control of injury in future.Methods The data used in this study were information of 1844 injury patients from all six hospitals (public hospitals with secondary and above lelve) of Huangdao from Jan.SPSS 15.0 software was used to analyze the data.Results In 1844 injury inpatients, the male took the percentage of 79.94%; patients with 25~44 years old took 46.42%;the local population account for 57.01%;the major injury time was from Apr. to Oct.;major injury places occurred on road/street (46.58%), industrial and construction site (28.69%) and at home (13.29%); the top three causes of injuries were as follows: blunt injuries (33.89%), traffic-related (28.58%) and falls (23.81%).The medical expenses of injury inpatients were 5299.84 RMB per case and 353.79 RMB per case per day.Conclusion The major injury inpatients were youth and adult people. Blunt injuries, road traffic-related and falls were the major causes of injury. Most injury occurred on road/street, industrial&construction site and home. The economic burden caused by injury in Huangdao district is large. Prevent and control measures should be strengthened in this area.
