摘要
实施天然林保护工程后,原有林区产业结构发生巨大变化,引起职工在产业间和产业内部的转移。木材生产和相关领域的职工大幅下岗,转向森林管护,生态公益林建设,商品林生产,多种经营和其他途径,林区再就业将面临着前所未有的压力。必须建立再就业工程组织体系和服务体系,以使再就业工程顺利运行。对再就业工程面临的资金短缺、职工技能培训等问题,政府应加大投入力度,开展全方位领导与组织。
The introduction of natural forest protection project will cause industry,structures adjust and workers will be re-deployed between different industries.The workers of wood and its processing industries will be laid off and are transferred to forest protection,environmental forest construction, commercial forests and other channels.With high press of reemploy,organizations and service faculty should be established.Governmental agencies should support reemploy without enough fund for it.
