凋亡抑制基因Survivin在胃癌中的表达及临床意义

摘要 目的:研究凋亡抑制基因Sur-vivin在胃癌组织中的表达及其临床意义。方法:应用免疫组织化学SP法,检测Survivin在30例胃癌组织,10例癌旁正常组织中的表达。结果:①胃癌组Sur-vivin蛋白表达率为70.0%(21/30),显著高于正常胃组0%(0/10),P<0.05。②淋巴结转移组Survivin蛋白阳性表达率(80.0%,16/20)显著高于无淋巴转移组(50.0%,5/10),P<0.05;⑤根据临床病理分期,Ⅰ+Ⅱ期组(64.3%,9/14)与Ⅲ+Ⅳ组(62.5%,10/16)期之间Survivin蛋白阳性表达率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);随临床分期增加、淋巴结的转移,Survivin蛋白阳性表达率逐渐升高(P<0.05)。结论:Survivin的异常表达与胃癌的发生、发展密切相关,可能是影响胃癌预后的重要分子指标。
