摘要
通过对某重点大学外国语言文学学院的6名优秀研究生及4名普通研究生的行为事件访谈,探讨并初步构建了外国语言文学专业研究生的胜任特征模型。研究结果表明:(1)优秀组和普通组在访谈时长和访谈文本字数上无显著差异;胜任特征的平均等级分与访谈长度的相关不显著;与胜任特征的发生频次和最高等级分等指标相比,平均等级分是最为稳定的指标。(2)外国语言文学专业研究生的鉴别性胜任特征模型包括:成就导向、专业知识、目标、主动性、跨文化意识、计划执行、自信、自我控制和学习策略9项胜任特征。
The study chose 10 graduate students majored in foreign language, conducted Behavioral Event Interview, established the graduate students' competency model of this major. The results showed: (a) No significant difference was found between outstanding and average graduate students on length of the interview and the transcript of the interview. A few competency frequencies (CF) were correlated significantly to the length of interview; A few Highest Ranking Score (HRS) and none Average Ranking Scores were correlated significantly to the length of interview. It seemed that all these three types of criteria are stable. (b)The differentiating competencies of graduate students majored in foreign language are: achievement orientation, expertise, initiative, cross culture consciousness, plan execution, self-confidence, self-control and study strategies. The benchmark competencies are: Analytic-thinking, concern for order, critical thinking, conceptual thinking, flexibility, impact and influence, information seeking, interpersonal understanding, organization awareness, relation building, self ability cognition and self-directed learning.
