摘要
高考自主命题的改革一直伴随着赞成与反对的声音,自主命题的走向也成了社会各界普遍关注的问题。《国家中长期教育改革与发展规划纲要(2010—2020)》的出台,为高考内容及命题改革提出了明确的方向。本文尝试从安全性、公平性、地方适应性、入学机会区域均衡、基础教育多元化等方面对自主命题进行多维度的审视。笔者认为,分省命题并非是改革的必然方向,安全性、地方适应性和多元化等因素也未必是自主命题改革的正当而必要的理由。本文同时提出了可供选择的改革建议。
The reform of assignment autonomy on the College Entrance Examination has become a focus of the society. The promulgation of National Mid-term to long-term Educational Reform and Development Plan Compendium has provided definite direction for the reform. This article analyzes the assignment autonomy from different viewpoints, including the security, the justice, the local adaptability, the regional equality of enrollment opportunity, and the diversification of basic education. The author deems that the assignment of the different provinces is not the inevitable direction of the College Entrance Examination reform, and the security, the local adaptability and the diversification are not necessarily the appropriate reason. Some advices on the reform are also provided in the article.
