摘要
当前课程改革背景下,中小学教育教学质量监测领域面临着难以有效评估不同地区、学校、班级教学质量等难题。本文从技术角度提出了质量监测中测验及考试改革的建议:一是在传统测验形式下采用"锚"测验,以解决比较问题;二是改革测验形式,引入计算机自适应测验。两种方法可依不同的质量监测要求分别使用或混合使用。
Under the new situation secondary education is facing difficulty in of curriculum reform, quality monitoring of primary and evaluating teaching quality of different areas, schools, and classes. In this article, two suggestions are proposed to solve this problem. One is to adopt the strategy of anchor test in traditional tests to solve the comparison problems. The other one is to introduce the computerized adaptive test in order to reform the form of testing. According to different requirements of quality monitoring, both methods can be used either individually or simultaneously.
