摘要
从职称与年龄的角度出发,可以将大学教师专业成长分成四个时期:适应期、发展期、成熟期与退职期。无论是大学教师个体,还是高校组织本身,都应该充分认识到教师不同成长阶段的特点,有针对性地寻求对策,实现教师专业的不断发展。
From the perspective of professional titles and ages, college teachers＇ professional growth can be divided into the following four stages： adaptation, development, maturity and retirement. Both an individual college teacher and a university organization should fully understand the features of teachers at different growth stages and take effective measures to aehieve continuous professional development for teachers.
