摘要
从职称与年龄的角度出发,可以将大学教师专业成长分成四个时期:适应期、发展期、成熟期与退职期。无论是大学教师个体,还是高校组织本身,都应该充分认识到教师不同成长阶段的特点,有针对性地寻求对策,实现教师专业的不断发展。
From the perspective of professional titles and ages, college teachers' professional growth can be divided into the following four stages: adaptation, development, maturity and retirement. Both an individual college teacher and a university organization should fully understand the features of teachers at different growth stages and take effective measures to aehieve continuous professional development for teachers.
