厦门大学研究生自我定位问题调查研究——以博士研究生为视角

Survey Research into the Self-orientation of Graduate Students at Xiamen University——take doctoral candidates as example

研究生自我定位问题不仅关系学生自我发展方向的选择,而且关系到学校在研究生培养规格和培养目标方面的决策。以厦门大学为例,从博士研究生的视角调查研究生自我定位过程中存在的问题、影响因素及解决方式,进一步分析学术型人才所应具备的基本品质,从而为研究生自我定位及学校培养模式的改革提供更明确的指导和建议。

The self-orientation of graduate students not only relates to students＇ choice about the direction of self-development but also to universities＇ decision-making about the specification and goal of graduate students＇training. Taking doctoral candidates at Xiamen University as an example, the article investigates the problems existing in the self-orientation of graduate students, the influencing factors and the reasons and then analyzes the basic quality necessary for academic talents so as to provide some more explicit instructions and suggestions for the self- orientation of graduate students and for university reform of talents cultivating mode.
