东营市城镇化发展质量测度研究

Measure Study on Dongying Urbanization Quality

随着经济的快速发展,城镇化进程不断推进,越来越多的地区开始认识到城镇化过程中城镇化发展质量的重要意义.本文中,笔者探讨了城镇化发展的质量内涵及意义.以山东省东营市为例,从动力、公平和质量3个方面构建城镇化发展质量评价体系,通过区位商法获得表征东营市与不同城市和区域间发展层次的相对指数,以2001—2008年的时间维度及山东半岛城市群、环渤海地区等空间维度对东营市城镇化发展质量进行综合测度,分析总结东营市新型城镇化发展过程中所面临的主要问题和应对策略.

With the rapid economic development, urbanization progress was continuously advanced. The important significance of the quality of urbanization was increasingly recognized by many districts＇ people. It based on the probe to the content and significance of urbanization quality, take Dongying city as an example, the urbanization quality evaluation system was constructed by considering the following aspects, power, equity and quality. Relative indexes which used to characterize the urbanization level between Dongying city and any other cities and regions were calculated by the way of location quotient. The urbanization quality was profoundly studied through the time dimension from 2001 to 2008 and the spatial dimension on Shandong peninsula urban group and Bohai sea ring area. The problems existing in the urbanization development progress were analyzed, and certain response methods were proposed.
