摘要
通过试验探讨重组竹家具椭圆榫接合性能的影响因素,研究榫头宽度方向与厚度方向的配合尺寸对抗拉强度的影响,以及榫头宽度对椭圆榫抗弯矩强度的影响,得出重组竹椭圆榫接合强度的变化规律;并通过比较表明,重组竹椭圆榫的抗弯矩强度要远高于普通实木椭圆榫。
Experiments were carried out to study factors influencing the joint property of oval-tenon of reconstituted bamboo furniture.The influence of the tolerance between the tenon and the mortise on the tensile strength was studied.And the influence of the width of the tenon on the bending strength was also investigated.Through comparison,it can be concluded that the bending strength of reconstituted bamboo oval-tenon is far higher than that of ordinary solid wood oval-tenon.
