摘要 探讨了不同温度对3个青钱柳(Cyclocarya paliurus)种源1年生苗木根、茎和叶中多糖含量的影响。结果表明:不同温度对青钱柳根部多糖的含量影响极显著(p<0.01),而对茎叶中多糖的含量影响不显著。在不同的温度条件下,青钱柳苗根部多糖平均含量分别为2.39%、2.15%和0.87%。不同种源对青钱柳叶片多糖的含量影响不显著。不同器官青钱柳多糖含量有差异性,以根的含量为最高,茎次之,叶的含量最低。 Based on the establishment of measuring method of polysaccharide content in Cyclocarya paliurus,the effect of diffenent temperatures on polysaccharide content in one-year old seedlings of 3 Cyclocarya paliurus provenances was studied in the paper.The results showed that cultivation temperature had a significant influence on the polysaccharide content in the roots of Cyclocarya paliurus seedling,while no significant effects were observed in the stems and leaves.The average contents of polysaccharide content in roots of Cyclocarya paliurus seedlings were 2.39%,2.15% and 0.87% at different temperatures.There were no significant differences in polysaccharide content at different provenances.There were differences in tissue organs of Cyclocarya paliurus.The highest content was observed in roots,followed by stems,and the lowest was detected in leaves.A significant interaction between cultivation temperatures and provenances was founded in the polysaccharide contents of Cyclocarya paliurus stems.
