摘要
以红星茵芋枝条为试材,研究了不同长度插穗,不同质量浓度(1002、00、300、400 mg/L)的ABTI、AA和NAA速浸插条基部以及不同基质对扦插成苗率、生根数、根长及茎高的影响。结果表明:短穗成苗率、生根率都较高;扦插前用3种植物生长调节剂快速浸蘸插条基部,均能显著地提高红星茵芋扦插成苗率、根长和生根数。而对茎高影响不显著。综合来看,以NAA 100~400 mg/L处理效果较好。泥炭有利于插穗生根,是较理想的扦插基质。
The effect of different length of cuttings and different concentration of plant growth regulators such as ABT,IAA and NAA on survival rate,number of new roots,length of new roots and height of cuttings from Skimmia reeuesiana were studied.The result showed that survival rate and rooting rate were relatively high if the stecklings were propagated using short cuttings.The survival rate,length of new roots and number of new roots could be significantly increased if the shoot base were quickly dipped using above 3 kinds of plant growth regulators,however,the height of cuttings were not significantly affected.In general,treatment with NAA 100~400 mg/L was a effective method.Peat was a good medium for rooting of Skimmia reeuesiana cuttings.
