摘要
通过正交试验,以强度为指标,研究了影响石灰钢渣土强度的石灰含量、钢渣掺量、钢渣陈化龄期、钢渣细度4种影响因素.结果表明,对于初期强度,石灰含量影响最大,钢渣影响较小.但对于后期强度,石灰含量虽影响最大,但钢渣掺量的影响明显增强,且钢渣粒径越小,后期强度增长越快.将石灰钢渣土与常用几种路床填料性能对比后发现,石灰钢渣土有较高的强度和CBR值,完全满足设计要求,经济性能优良,在钢渣产区的公路建设中有很大的推广应用价值.
By using orthogonal test,with the unconfined compression strength as criteri,4 influencing factors of lime-steel slag-soil were studied.The results show that lime content is the most influential factor of the early strength,the steel slag relatively small.But the factor of steel slag content relatively more and more significant of the later strength,and the lime content is still the most influential factor.Also the comparison on lime-steel slag-soil and other filling materials used as road bed was conducted.The results show that Lime steel slag stabilized soil has better strength performance,CBR value,economic advantage and the vast application in steel slag production area.
