永城地氟病区氟的地球化学环境研究 被引量:5

摘要 通过对永城地区土壤、地下水、粮食等含氟的情况及地氟病发病率的调查,得出土壤水溶F与土壤总F、粮食总F与土壤总F、粮食总F与土壤水溶F、饮用水F与土壤总F、地氟病患病率与土壤总F、地氟病患病率与饮用水F均呈显著的正相关,其置信水平P<0.01,该地区饮用水、粮食及土壤中的氟含量均较高.永城地氟病是因饮用水、食品等高氟所致,其氟源为碱性高氟土壤,氟易溶出和积累.根据本区地氟病发病率与土壤总氟的关系,提出了土壤总氟的安全阈值. In this paper,investigation in the fluoride soil,fluorine groundwater,fluorine grain and the incidence of fluorosis reveals that there is a significant positive relationship between soil water-soluble fluorine and soil total fluorine.And the same relationship exists in between grain total fluorine and soil total fluorine,between grain total fluorine and soil water-soluble fluorine,between the drinking fluorine and soil total fluorine,between the incidence of fluorosis and soil total fluorine,between the incidence of fluorosis and the drinking fluorine,which the confidence level is below 0.01.The contents of the drinking water,drain and soil are higher.Fluorosis are resulted from the high fluorine,drinking water,food and soil in Yongcheng fluorosis areas is alkaline and high-fluorine,and fluorine is easily dissolved out and accumulated.In accordance with the relationshipbetween the incidence of fluorosis and soil total fluorine,a safe limit of soil total fluorine is presented.
