摘要 神经元的几何形态特征可以描述神经元的功能特征,在神经元分类的过程中首先要对神经元的基本特征进行定义计算。根据对神经元几何形态的认知,定义了神经元各几何形态特征,例如树数目,干数目,分叉点数,整体形态,内部形态等。利用MATLAB软件计算神经元各几何特征的参数值,并与已知样本进行数据比较,误差较小。 The geometry morphological characteristics of a neuron can describe its functional characteristic.It's usually put the neuron's definition and calculation first in the process of neuron's classification.Define kinds of geometry morphological characteristics according to the realization of neurons' geometry morphological characteristics,such as tree,branch,bifurcate,whole morphology,local morphology and so on.MATLAB can calculate the geometry morphological characteristics of neuron,then compared with already known data with lesser residual.
