鲁克沁区块盐膏层钻井液技术

Study on Drilling Fluid Technology for Salt-gypsum Layer in Block Lukeqin

摘要 针对吐哈油田鲁克沁区块上部井段盐膏层发育,通过分析地层特性、盐膏组分及实钻数据,改进钻井液技术,在确保钻井液抑制性和抗钙能力的同时,早期加入惰性可变形粒子封堵盐膏层微裂缝,提高抑制封堵性,有效抑制井壁失稳。并以盐膏层膨胀周期为工程短拉周期,减少短起下次数和遇阻频率,提高纯钻时效。 According to the development of salt-gypsum layer at top hole in block Lukeqin,the drilling fluid technology is improved based on the analysis of formation characteristics,salt-gypsum composition and drilling data.The technology not only ensures the rejection capability and anti-Ca capability of drilling fluid,but enhances blocking capacity and prevents wellbore instability by adding inert deformation particle at early stage to block microfracture in salt-gypsum.And taking expansion period of salt-gypsum layer as the short cycle of the project,the frequency of short trip and sticking are reduced and net drilling time is increased.
