微创小切口治疗胫骨下段闭合性骨折

摘要 目的探讨微创小切口解剖型胫骨远端支持钢板治疗胫骨下段闭合性骨折手术治疗的应用。方法采用微创小切口解剖型支持钢板治疗43例胫骨下段闭合性骨折的病人,术后早期功能锻炼。结果全部病例获得随诊,平均愈合时间16周。术后X线检查显示复位和内固定位置满意,骨折全部愈合。按Klemm功能恢复分级标准,优23例,良15例,可5例。结论应用微创外科技术治疗闭合性胫骨粉碎骨折,可以达到医源性创伤小,骨折固定牢靠和早期功能锻炼的目的,具有一定的临床应用价值。 Objective To investigate the minimally invasive incision and anatomical plate for treatment of closed lower tibia fractures. Methods 43 patients were treated with incision and anatomical plate. Results Following-up showed all the patients' fractures were healed with mean time of 16weeks. Conclusion Minimally invasive surgical technique has some clinical value in treating closed comminuted tibia fractures.
