联用补脾益肠丸和柳氮磺吡啶治疗溃疡性结肠炎的临床观察

Clinical Observation of Combining Bupiyichang Pill with Sulfasalazine for the Treatment of Ulcerative Colitis

目的探讨应用补脾益肠丸和柳氮磺胺吡啶合用治疗溃疡性结肠炎的效果。方法选择2006年1月至2009年11月来我院就诊的溃疡性结肠炎患者218例,随机分为两组,治疗组服用补脾益肠丸和柳氮磺吡啶片治疗;对照组服用柳氮磺胺吡啶片。结果治疗组总有效率96.33%,对照组总有效率87.16%,治疗组明显优于对照组。结论补脾益肠丸联用柳氮磺吡啶片治疗溃疡性结肠炎疗效好,副作用小,值得临床推广。

Objective To explore the effect of combination of bupiyichang pill with sulfasalazine for the treatment of ulcerative coli- tis. Methods 218 patients with ulcerative colitis from Jan 2006 to Nov 2009 in our hospital were divided into two groups. 109 cases in treatment group were given bupiyichang pill and sulfasalazine orally. The other cases in control group were given sulfasalazine orally. Results The total effective rate was 96.33% and 87.16% in treatment group and control group respectively. The effect in treatment group was superior to that in control group. Conclusion To treat ulcerative colitis with sulfasalazine and bupiyichang pill is effective, with less side effect, which deserves the clinical expansion.
