摘要
目的探讨脱发、衰老、脱发治疗和抗衰老之间关系。方法观察前列腺增生症患者服用非那雄胺3个月前后患者头发总数目、黑发数和SOD和MDA活力变化。结果服用非那雄胺3个月后,患者头发增多,黑头发数目增加,SOD活力增强和MDA下降。结论脱发和机体衰老关系密切;非那雄胺在治疗脱发的同时具有一定的抗衰老作用。
Objective To study the relationship among of alopecia, aging, treatment of alopeeia and anti-aging of body. Method To observe change in the numbers of total hair and black hair, and the activity of SOD and MDA of benign prostatic hyperplasia patients who took finasteride for three months. Result After taking finasteride for three months, the numbers of total hair and black hair had increased, and activity of SOD had enhanced and MDA had decreased. Conclusion There is close relationship between alopecia and aging of body. The finasteride is an effective drug of treating alopecia, which has certain function of anti-aging.
