摘要
目的探讨高位隐睾的手术治疗效果。方法将在我院治疗的高位隐睾患儿40例给予手术治疗并进行追踪随访。结果经触诊和B超复查39例效果好,睾丸位于阴囊的下1/3,睾丸随生长发育而增大,有弹性,彩色多普勒显示睾丸血供尚可。1例患儿年龄偏大,睾丸手术治疗效果差,有萎缩,弹性差,但睾丸仍在阴囊底无回缩。结论合理手术时机并熟练掌握手术要点是提高高位隐睾手术治疗效果的关键。
Objective To investigate the effect of surgical treatment of elevation cryptorchidism. Method 40 cases with eryp- torchidism were given surgical treatment and were followed- up. Results 39 cases were with good effect, and the testis lied in the end of scrotum and grew well, its blood supply was abundant detected by criticality and color Doppler. Only one case with older age was with bad effet and the testis was with atrophy but without retraction. Conclusion The reasonable operation opportunity and mastering the main points of operation is crucial to improve the surgical treatment of elevation cryptorchidism.
