Nursing Intervention with Delayed Adult Esophageal Foreign Bodies

目的探讨48例成人食管异物的护理经验。方法回顾分析2006年1月至2010年12月期间48例延迟性成人食管异物患者的围手术期护理。结果 47例患者均成功进行手术治疗痊愈出院,1例因异物卡在主动脉弓处时间过长,重度感染、大出血死亡。结论做好围术期护理预防术后并发症,提高患者安全防范意识十分重要。

Objective To study the nursing experience with 48 cases of delayed adult esophageal foreign bodies. Methods Retrospective analysis was taken for 48 cases of delayed adult esophageal foreign bodies fi＇om Jan.2006 to Dec.2010. Results 47 patients were discharged successfully after treatment. One patient died of severe infection and bleeding with foreign body stuck in the aortic arch. Conclusions Perioperative nursing is very important to prevent postoperative complications and improve awareness of security for patients with esophageal foreign bodies.
