浅谈进一步提高护理管理质量的策略

Discussion on the Strategy of Further Improving the Quality of Nursing Management

随着医学模式的转变及社会的不断进步,患者对医院尤其是护理服务提出了更高的要求,如何进一步加强护理管理、提高护理质量,是护理管理者值得探讨和亟待解决的问题。根据目前护理质量管理现状,借鉴其他医院管理经验,本文探讨进一步提高护理管理质量的策略,为推动护理学事业的发展尽绵薄。

With the transformation of medical model and social progress, patients put forward higher request on hospital especially nursing servicc. How to strengthen management of nursing and improve the quality of nursing is a problem to be explored and solved for nursing managers. According to the current status of nursing quality management, and the management experience of other hospitals, the text disscusses the strategy of further improving the quality of nursing management to promote the development of nursing career.
