办公自动化系统建设作为现代医院数字化建设中的重要一环,是办公自动化技术与管理科学、行为科学、组织理论等相融合,以日常办公管理事务为中心,搭建的信息、管理、服务协同工作的办公管理平台。建立科学完善的办公自动化系统是一项繁杂的系统工程,涉及到的可变因素和不可控因素很多。因此,要想确保办公自动化系统建设的顺利成功实施,快速推进数字化医院建设,必须全面了解和把握OA项目实施的基本策略,确保各操作环节的有序可控,规避各种不利影响与风险,以期达到最佳的实施效果。
Office automation system (OA) combines office automation technology, scientific management, behavioral science and organization theory, which is important part in the construction of modern digital hospital. OA usually center with daily official affairs and is the platform of message, management and service. The construction of rational OA involved many volatile elements and uncontrollable factor and controllable factors is a complex system engineering. Ensure the construction of OA carried out smoothly and successfully, digital hospital construction promoted rapidly, the operational links controled orderly and adverse effect and risk avoided, we must comprehensive understand and hold the basic strategy of OA to reach the final point successfully.
